Oh, hey.
Scientific evidence points to importance of positive thinking - All In The Mind - ABC Radio National (Australian Broadcasting Corporation) (http://www.abc.net.au/radionational/programs/allinthemind/the-scientific-evidence-for-positive-thinking/6553614)

SCIENCE SAID SO!

It's interesting that these things seems to always trickle down into some sort of "my philosophy is better than yours" debate as if optimism and pessimism are vying for THE special spot as THE grand motivator of all things human. It seems to me that there's a little see-saw action going on here, so that all parties involved can conveniently ignore the fact that the truth lies within the middle ground of thoughtful introspection, restrained self-honesty and positive movement. I mean really, who actually wants to be honest with themselves these days? Does anyone have a damn clue about anything? It appears not.
