Re: Joel Lane

In the afterword to "Scar City", "Socialism or Barbarism: Joel Lane's Blue Trilogy and the Poetry of the Lost" by Nina Allan, we read:
Quote
It is ironic that his closest encounter with anything approaching mainstream literary recognition came with three novels he wrote between 2000 and 2012, precisely those works that are least known among his fans in weird fiction. The first two novels, From Blue to Black (2000) and The Blue Mask (2003) were published by Serpent's Tail (...). The third novel in the sequence, The Missing Tracks (2012), remains unpublished.
Does anyone know if there are plans to publish this book? Google search gives No results found for "joel lane" "Missing Tracks".
