I just finished watching La Isla Mínima; it has all that I liked about True Detective, minus the bull####. By this, I mean the ending, the misuse of weird fiction and the plagiarism. It is a bleak film; I guess it is "show, don't tell", unlike Cohle.

It really is True Detective without the bull####.
Your fall should be like the fall of mountains. But I was before mountains. I was in the beginning, and shall be forever. The first and the last. The world come full circle. I am not the wheel.
