New Gemma Files chapbook: Coffle

The next Dim Shores release is Coffle, an original novelette by Gemma Files with art by Stephen Wilson. The chapbook is with the printer and I expect to start shipping orders in about two weeks.

Gemma’s story fuses elements from the post-apocalypse, weird western, science fiction, and horror genres into an exciting story of a journey across a wasteland and the dangers, expected and unexpected, that are encountered on the way.

The chapbook is 72 pages and features cover art and three beautiful interior illustrations by Stephen. His haunting cover art can be seen on the cover print, and I used a part of one of his interiors for the bookmark. (The bookmark also has a Dim Shores checklist on the back side.) Print and bookmark are included with the chapbook. Limited to 200 copies. You can pre-order it here.

Side note: Stephen Wilson also creates dark ambient music under the name diviners. I’m not very knowledgeable about that kind of thing but I like it, a lot. Give it a listen on Bandcamp if you are so inclined.

I've been looking forward to this one for a long time. Gemma is one of my favorite writers, and the previews of Stephen Wilson's art that I've seen so far look great.
