Oddly, I'm reminded of "Bungalow Bill"'s nonsensical rantings on I Have a Special Plan for this World. If I had any recording skills at all, I'd try to produced a spoken word track with the audio of this little boy looping in the background, followed by a nightmarish prose poem.
