Re: The Most Extreme Music You Listen To?

I don't really think of any music or art that I find interest in to be extreme or whatever, because I really don't give a ####. I like what I like and I don't discriminate. With that said, I had one friend tell me that he thought of me differently when I introduced him to Gnaw Their Tongues, and my sister thinks I'm weird because I like Roomful of Teeth, and listening to field recordings.

Re: The Most Extreme Music You Listen To?

Wow, Merzbow is hard to listen to. I've to stop after 5 sec in.

For me, heavy metal is also hard-my eardrum can't stand the pressure and BAM BAM noise.

I listen to Lowercase sometimes. I heard some people say they don't get it. I don't either, but I enjoy the 'quietness' in it.

"Tell me how you want to die, and I'll tell you who you are. In other words, how do you fill out an empty life? With women, books, or worldly ambitions? No matter what you do, the starting point is boredom, and the end self-destruction. The emblem of our fate: the sky teeming with worms. Baudelaire taught me that life is the ecstasy of worms in the sun, and happiness the dance of worms."
