Re: Last TV show you watched

I just finished watching the first season of The Fall (2013-2016). So far, so good.

Your fall should be like the fall of mountains. But I was before mountains. I was in the beginning, and shall be forever. The first and the last. The world come full circle. I am not the wheel. I am the hand that turns the wheel. I am Time, the Destroyer. I was the wind and the stars before this. Before planets. Before heaven and hell. And when all is done, I will be wind again, to blow this world as dust back into endless space. To me the coming and going of Man is as nothing.

I've been watching that cartoon Archer late at night. I think it's hilarious.

Just finished the third season, not uninteresting, but I am reluctant to comment further as it may detract from your viewing...that is I want to make a few comments, but they all involve spoilers so I’ll refrain...mostly, - something cuts across the page of these narratives generically – it starts to have a recognizable countenance

Great stuff. And if you're a 'Family Guy' aficionado, then the new 'Bordertown' is a must. Mexofornia, ha ha.

Dix Pour Cent

Dix Pour Cent - 2015
AKA - Call My Agent

Brief mini-series about stressed film agents and demanding clients.
Ones liking may depend on tolerance for actors and affinity for French fare.
Story revolves around four agents trying to keep company afloat.
A gallery of French stars fill the guest roles..
Funny, exasperating, infuriating.
Viewers who expect resolution and explanation, beware.

Re: Last TV show you watched

I've been watching cooking shows

5 seasons of Kodoku no Gurume. I like the food and guy's face.

Masterchef Australia. Though I couldn't care less about all the mumble jumbo "You can do it!" or "This is myself on a plate", I like to see people looking stressed next to a stove. Plus this is the glossiest cake I've ever seen

"Tell me how you want to die, and I'll tell you who you are. In other words, how do you fill out an empty life? With women, books, or worldly ambitions? No matter what you do, the starting point is boredom, and the end self-destruction. The emblem of our fate: the sky teeming with worms. Baudelaire taught me that life is the ecstasy of worms in the sun, and happiness the dance of worms."

I am currently watching the 70s series The Life and Times of Grizzly Adams:

It is quite idyllic and beautiful if you enjoy natural scenery or themes of living in "harmony with nature".

It can't get better than having a friend bear.

Re: Last TV show you watched

I used to watch it in the morning and it was really nice. I always thought it was bizarre that a hippie-ish bliss out was such a mainstream show. It's quite an oddity.

Re: Last TV show you watched

I just watched the first two episodes of season 3 of Twin Peaks.
I can't stop thinking about it.
I'm all out of squees!

I'm gonna OD on donuts now and rewatch them.
