Here's wishing Mark a happy birthday. Here's also recommending a visit to his blog, which, as Simon mentioned above, has replaced his website to become his primary web presence. Mark has produced some really interesting and valuable posts about the nature of the writing-and-publishing business, which have led to some really interesting and valuable comments and conversations.
