Re: Berberian Sound Studio

JS: Most of the films that came to mind seemed like ones you probably already knew of, Inland Empire, The Tenant, In the Mouth of Madness, Barton Fink, Carnival of Souls, Existenz, etc; although a few others that might qualify are: Amer and The Strange Color of Your Body's Tears from the same directors, Anguish, Fear X, Zulawski's Possession, Gozu, Marebito, Messiah of Evil, Malatesta's Carnival of Blood, Let's Scare Jessica to Death, Lemora: A Child's Tale of the Supernatural and Beyond the Black Rainbow. Also, if it can be tracked down, the notoriously obscure cult spanish film Arrebato, which preceded/compared to the likes of Videodrome and Theodore Roszak's novel Flicker .

Re: Berberian Sound Studio

I loved this movie.
Also, ChildOfOldLeech posted one hell of a good list.
