Hello
I would like to inform the group that our weekly horror-story podcast has recently done a reading of a previously untranslated story by Thomas Owen (Gérald Bertot) - an author who I believe is much respected by Mr. Ligotti (yes, we did pay for the audio rights - although the download of the reading is free - through the translator's contact with Owen's son). Would I be allowed to do this and if so, where (I did a search for Owen but, surprisingly, did not find any threads discussing him). Many thanks for your time. Shawn Garrett | |||||||||||

Owen's "The Desolate Presence" does get mentioned here from time to time, but I agree his work is woefully under discussed. No doubt, this is due to the scarcity of affordable copies. A shame, really. This is a book that deserves reprinting.
