Interview with Philip Fracassi (GreydogTales)
http://greydogtales.com/blog/dark-ma...ilip-fracassi/
I saw barely any mentions of this contemporary author around here. Reading this interview, he comes off as refreshingly open and unpretentious guy, and I suspect that some of you will find certain of his comments (such as ones dealing with "ambiguity for the sake of ambiguity", or with "lovecraftian" fiction) to be more than a little sympathetic.

Philip is exactly that - open and unpretentious. He's also very talented.
Thanks for the interview share.

I haven't read this guy's stuff but if it's anything like his work for film, namely the direct-to-video masterpiece Santa Paws 2: The Santa Pups, I'm sure it will be wholesome wyrd entertainment.

Re: Interview with Philip Fracassi (GreydogTales)
Judging by his work on Santa Paws 2: The Santa Pups, I think Mr. Fracassi’s real talents lie in the area of the Pleasant rather than the Weird. I will be extending him a hearty invitation to contribute to the eventual Pleasant Anthology once it is underway, as Mr. Fracassi applied significant character development and an utterly tight narrative structure to the tale of these sapient Santa Claus dogs.

Re: Interview with Philip Fracassi (GreydogTales)
I haven't read his work yet, but his collection BEHOLD THE VOID came up on BookBub as being temporarily on sale for 99 cents at Amazon for the kindle version. Thought I would give you guys a heads up.
