The Woman in Black (1989)
For anyone who hasn't seen the original film of Susan Hill's The Woman in Black it's presently available on YouTube.
The film's uploader comments that apparently Susan Hill doesn't like this film, and possibly this has something to do with its not being available now on DVD. My own feeling was that it was very faithful to her novel. The film has a Nigel Kneale screenplay. I couldn't find any previous posting on this film here. | |||||||||||
