Indicates a release date of 27 October 2017.
Amazon, in my experience, never charges until an item is shipped.
Not always true with publishers. I have one item on preorder since 2005.

Has anyone already received a copy of Stenbock's "Of Kings and Things" which was supposed to be releasted five days ago, according to Amazon? I pre-ordered a copy months ago, but now it says "Temporarily out of stock", which concerns me a little.
