Help with short story title...

I can't remember if I read this in a collection or an anthology, but I think it's the latter.

Two hikers are hiking over hills and they start to hear voices...they continue further, but don't encounter anyone and the voices seem to be leading them into a treacherous area. They even hear animal sounds. Eventually, we learn that the voices are from victims of this "thing" that imitates them to draw more victims in.

I thought that it was a fantastic story.

Bestwick's- Moraine, Best Horror 4 (Datlow) or is this too recent? can't remember if there was mimicry, think so - were hikers husband and wife?
