Re: Announcing SYLVAN DREAD: TALES OF PASTORAL DARKNESS

That's their correct email. I'm a regular customer of theirs and can attest that they can be slow in replying.

They just started mailing out copies so I wouldn't fret too much if you don't have it yet.

Re: Announcing SYLVAN DREAD: TALES OF PASTORAL DARKNESS

SYLVAN DREAD and MARKED TO DIE arrived at my place of employment today. I'm excited!

My co-workers know that I'm into occult fiction, so they pretty much knew who ordered the books.

I'm very excited to see this work. Still have not received my pre-ordered copy, but I imagine that it will come soon!

Yup still waiting too for my pre-ordered copy. I'm also still waiting for a response to my last two e-mails from Three Hands regarding shipping of that pre-ordered copy.

That's strange about the people who pre-ordered. I only found out about the book a couple of weeks ago and purchased a copy on 24th June which arrived at work on Monday

I just wrote them again as they hadn't responded to my earlier inquiry.

Re: Announcing SYLVAN DREAD: TALES OF PASTORAL DARKNESS

The package from Three Hand Press had my name on it.
I ordered MARKED TO DIE via Amazon, and that package didn't have my name on it, so the person who went through the mail that day had to find out who it should go. Co-workers and the owner order books to be delivered at work too.
My name wasn't on the package because of the way I made my personal info file with Amazon. I have no problem about people knowing what books I read.

My co-workers read books by Thomas Pynchon, Michael Chabon, Jorge Luis Borges, Thomas Ligotti, H.P. Lovecraft, Arthur Conan Doyle, Philip K. Dick, to name a couple.

Around 25 years ago, I had a part time job at an accounting firm. Some of my co-workers then talked about Danielle Steele.

Damn, they've got taste.

Glad your copy of Marked to Die arrived safely in spite of confusion.

On a side note, where to start with the works of Gavin?

This is my life. This is my damnation. This is my only regret--that I ever was born.
