There's a problem with the notes on chapter three

Uhm, maybe somebody already noticed this by now, but I'm on a hurry and didn't browse the other topics.

There's a slight error with the notes in chapter three, "Consuming Horror". The first note appears on page 76, as "11" The following notes appear in chronological order (12, 13, etc) all the way to 20.

There are ten notes in that chapter, so it is just lowering the number by ten.

This problem is only in the PDF file. In the online presentation, it does not appear, nor does it turn up in my Word file. There are only ten notes in the Consuming Horror chapter. Note 11 is note 1, note 12 is note 2, and so on.

This is correct. Curiously, the Word file I generated the original PDF conversion from appears to also start with 11. Perhaps this was corrected thereafter. In any event, I will correct and upload the PDF as necessary.
