I've ordered as well. Egaeus Press books just seem to be getting more and more aesthetically pleasing as time goes by, so gorgeous I almost can't take it. RUMBULLION looks so enticing physically that I would probably be tempted to order a copy even if I wasn't too excited about the contents. Luckily I am, and the nice package is a very welcome bonus. I'm afraid I must confess that at times I do judge books by their covers...

...[anticlimax] I was disappointed to find that it did not arrive.

Ah well, I did get a nice copy of Brian Evenson's Last Days in the mail on Hallowe'en which I am already almost finished. It is very strange book, it reminds me, at least thematically of Brendan Connell's Father Torturo. It is much more stripped down/hard boiled, if you will, then Connell's wonderful book. Its descriptions provoke a visceral response that few novels manage to achieve.
