The review just makes me more antsy for the book.
I feel like the kid in A Christmas Story waiting for the decoder ring or Bart when he was waiting for a delivery, asking every day if it is here yet, "Do you my package? Is it here yet?" Then the package is finally there and the postwoman has her moment, "You know, you have asked everyday if-" SLAM, I sit down and tear at the package ready to read where I sit.

I'm waiting for the paperback; I'm that bad financially. I do realize that if I wait too long the book will be extremely pricey.
