That is quite a different 158 bus from the one that goes past the end of my road. The latter is a red double decker, and has no truck with holiday nonsense.

As it says:

ANGEL LANE: Routes 158 and 308 will be diverted from the 1st bus Monday 10 August 2009 for about 1 year due to bridge replacement work. Buses will be unable to serve stops along Major Road, Chobham Road, Leyton Road and Angel Lane.

Buses will be diverted both ways via The Grove, Leytonstone Road and Crownfield Road.

It's a bit of a bugger, really, because the 158 and 308 used to take the shortest route between Leyton and Stratford. The disruption is the fault of the Olympics.

The TLO is astonishingly slow for me this morning. In fact, I'm logging off now because everything I try to do is taking way too long.
