Forward by Thomas Ligotti in new English translation of Peter Wessel Zapffe text
I have been informed that Thomas Ligotti and David Benatar have written forwards for the upcoming long awaited English translation of Norwegian philosopher Peter Wessel Zapffe’s Om Det Tragiske referred to in Ligotti’s Conspiracy Against the Human Race. The translator is American philosopher Ryan L Showler. The new book will be titled On the Tragic and is due for publication by Peter Lang Group late February 2024.
