As to the Face of Twilight, while browsing the internet, I came across this:
Locations in Mark Samuels’ In the Face of Twilight

A prominent piece of graffiti mentioned in the book is also real. It would have been quite a feat to track that down, but I have, myself, seen it.

Re: The Mark Samuels tribute anthology

The Face of Twilight is now available on kindle. Anyone who hasn't checked it out yet should, it's very good. I had not read it before the reprint and really, really enjoyed it. Particularly in how it kinda seems to be built on top of the foundations created by the White Hands, Glyphotech and Machen collections, revisiting ideas or even melding them together to create a new implication for them. Made me more excited for Mark's upcoming novel, seeing that he deals well in the longer format.
