I know of no such book though there may well be one. Type Unreliable narrator technique in fiction in Google or any search engine and you'll come up with some interesting articles, essays.

I am unaware of any book specific on point but invariably in various fiction theory books there is a section or mention of it eg Rhetoric of Fiction by Boothe which I understand is decent.

I referred your question to a friend in the know about these matters and they have corrected me - there are a few apparently and recommended: Understanding Unreliable Narrators by Michael SmithHowever there seems to me sufficient and probably better information per Druidic's suggestion.
