Help with short story title...

I can't remember if I read this in a collection or an anthology, but I think it's the latter.

Two hikers are hiking over hills and they start to hear voices...they continue further, but don't encounter anyone and the voices seem to be leading them into a treacherous area. They even hear animal sounds. Eventually, we learn that the voices are from victims of this "thing" that imitates them to draw more victims in.

I thought that it was a fantastic story.

Anyone?

Bueller?

Yes! I believe that you're correct. I thought that the story was wonderful. I've got to track it down. Thank you very much, Acutely decayed.
