New Journal: Shadows & Tall Trees
I found out about this new journal devoted to literary horror and dark fantasy today from Simon Strantzas' blog. It is being edited by Canadian Michael Kelly, whose Untertow Books released the anthology Apparitions last year.The table of contents for the first issue looks very promising:

I believe the Royle piece is fiction. The only non-fiction in the book is a book review and some film reviews.

I've been lucky enough to see copies in the flesh and I must say they look very good. All copies are signed by Michael Kelly and me, and Adam Golaski will be sending a signed postcard to all who purchase this issue. For $10 CDN, it truly is a bargain.
