The Strange Abandoned Homes Of Crystal Cove

I recently moved to Los Angeles and was enjoying drawing in my sketchbook along the beaches in nearby Crystal Cove when I discovered a particularly bizarre assortment of abandoned houses beside the beach. They had clearly been left to rot for some time and the assortment of a few dozen, built against a cliffside edge, gave me many strange and disturbing ideas. Shattered windows and broken staircases lead up to locked wooden doors and sun bleached structures. Here are a few photos someone took of the houses.

Re: The Strange Abandoned Homes Of Crystal Cove

Great photos, Aeron.

I've heard Crystal Cove was a diamond geezer. (That observation may make little sense to non-UK TLO members.)
