It worked, but now I am seeing a white background on everything.

The secondary issues relative to background color and videos is likely related to caching. I will try to address this at lunch or after work today. I had to log in as an alias without administrator privileges as I changed my password recently and have no recollection of how clever I must have been when coming up with the new one. Hopefully I can also have time to analyze where the resource drain is occurring in time to right the ship, otherwise they will promptly pull the plug when the tub fills.
