As of this moment, there are 53 copies of the 150 $35 hardbacks left. Note that this will be the only version containing interior art by the great Dave Felton, but a more affordable paperback edition (as well as digital versions) will be available sometime in the coming months.

I ordered the bundle which included the hardback, assuming there is no difference between this and the standalone hardback order. Correct? Are either sets numbered?

Yeah, there should be no difference between those editions. Not numbered.

PB and digital editions without interior art should able available one early December at the latest.

I agonized a bit at first - such is my nature - and then I looked at the cover again and read the TOC and remembered Jon's voice reading the 20 steps and I considered this magnificent online edifice he created for all of us and all hesitation disappeared.

I look forward to being chilled to the bone by this ventriloquist's words.

No, the paperbacks are identical. Cover art the same as HC. But no internal art.
