I just have not seen the announcement, "TLO welcomes so n so" in awhile now.

We've taken a hiatus from it to prevent banned users from reregistering and causing mischief. And, I might add, TLO has been much calmer since we suspended the new user application.

However, if any of you know anyone who wants to sign up, please message me with their email address.

Does that still work, or is this through Admin?
