Tool bar problem?

Underneath the banner and the little link area that says where I am, where the toolbar with all the various jumping to points are on the site, I only have the following options:
Home
Log Out

My description is vague, and I'm too lazy/tired right now to take a screen picture, so hopefully you get the idea.

This is quite alarming!

Please respond with the following information:

1. When did this first occur?
2. Does it display the empty menu when you are logged out as well as logged in?
3. Have you tried viewing TLO from another computer?
4. What browsing platform/version are you using? (Internet Explorer, FireFox, Opera, etc.)
5. What TLO style are you using? (Teatro Grottesco, Corporate, Autumnal, etc.)

Also provide any additional information which you feel might be relevant or a possible clue. If there are any other members/visitors that are experiencing this issue, please let me know directly. I want to fix this immediately.

UPDATE
I just turned off mobile device detection, just in case you were being identified as such. This would have resulted in the selection of a style which does not contain the standard menu.

There is none with this version. If you hit <ENTER> upon completion of your post, it should go through. This has confused a number of folk, as the previous version included a post button. If this method is not working, let me know directly.
