How to get notification alert when somebody quotes or replies to me, in a thread?

Hi, guys.

I am new to this forum, and I had posted a comment to a movies-related thread yesterday. Right now, I was browsing the same thread again and saw that somebody had replied to my comment, but I didn't get any notification or message regarding that.

Could anyone please help me out on how to set up the account settings to receive notifications/messages when somebody quotes/replies to me?

Edit your profile via the User Control Panel

On the left hand side find the sub-title Settings & Options: under it will be Edit Settings

Once loaded check the text to right of nav bar and scroll down and check Allow Auto Subscribe to Forums
