Is there a bug on this website that is stopping new posts from bumping threads to the top of the listing?

Okay, I've tried again with Chrome, and the 'bug' disappears. Maybe it's something to do with browser setting - I'm not sure.

It was happening to me a day or two ago, but not anymore and I'm not sure what triggered it—or what made it stop—but it seems it was indeed more browser based than something to do with the site itself.

Chrome seems to work just fine.

I will be running some diagnostics and cleanup utilities, so if things slow down or get wonky in the short term it is likely related to server tasking.
