Authors and Artists Auction for Ukraine

Dear Friends,

We have all suffered through the last two years of Covid. But I write to you today with an urgent appeal to aid the Ukrainian people.

Johnny Mains has organised the 'Authors and Artists Auction for Ukraine' which has gathered donations from writers, artists, film-makers etc. to raise money for Ukraine.

I have donated three lots:

Lot 49: A copy of Terroir (Mount Abraxas), first edition. This can be signed and inscribed as the winning bidder wishes.

Lot 50: A copy of Hieroglyphics by Arthur Machen (Tartarus Press), for which I wrote the introduction. This can also be signed and inscribed as the winning bidder wishes.

Lot 51: Three pamphlets. Craft and A Hive of Pain (Zagava Press), and a copy of the second printing of Do ut Des (Raphus Press) with card print of the cover of the first edition. These can all be signed and inscribed as the winning bidder wishes.

You will find many rare and curious things in the auction. Please consider bidding generously as all money raised will be paid directly to Red Cross Ukraine by the winning bidder. Then the items will be sent directly by the donor. Please note that the lots can only be sent to UK addresses. This obviously doesn't prevent other bidders from abroad making bids but they will need a UK-based proxy through which to make their own arrangements for the items to be sent on to them.

Also please be aware that this is being run by Johnny through a blog site (it is not an auction site like Ebay) so all bids are being manually updated as and when he can get to it.
