New VideoBox Content - The Chameleons (Live at the Hacienda)

I have uploaded "The Chameleons - Live at the Hacienda" to VideoBox. This is a darkly lit and low key affair from one of my all-time favorite bands. I had not seen moving pictures of the lads prior to finding this. I had hoped to be able to cull some guitar work from the boys, as the delay washes away most recognizable chords. Sadly, this appears to be a home-brew job, with a single camera from a challenged perspective. I now understand that they did not tune their guitars in standard mode, which would make things hard to decipher in the first place.

This is a great addition. The Chameleons and Mark Burgess are really unsung geniuses. Fabulous stuff. This is from the 2001 reunion tour, no?

Re: New VideoBox Content - The Chameleons (Live at the Hacie

Hooray! Someone else loves The Chameleons. These guys have been one of my favorite "pet" bands for over two decades now. This show was actually circa 1982. Sadly, I never even knew about the aforementioned reunion tour.

As a bonus, I have now uploaded additional Chameleons footage to VideoBox. In fact, there are several new additions with more on the way. Details to follow...

Haven't checked out the Videobox in a while. I will...

A cool but impossibly unlikely addition would be the Cure's opening short film for their 1981 tour, Carnage Visors.
