Re: SHRIKE: New novella by Quentin S. Crisp

I'm glad to see it's arriving here and there. I hope that it's in some way worth the wait/expense.

There's also another interview with me, up here:

A Conversation With Quentin S. Crisp

Absolutely candid, carefree, but straightforward speech becomes possible for the first time when one speaks of the highest." - Friedrich Schlegel

41 pages into it, and I'm absolutely enthralled. Lost for words too, though I feel I have to say or write so many of them. It's absolutely magnificent. There are very few writers anywhere who writes such prose.

Re: SHRIKE: New novella by Quentin S. Crisp

Thank you. It's great to know you're enjoying it. It's taken me quite some time since Rule Dementia! to get new stuff out, but that has not reflected a lack of material. I just hope that I can begin to get work out at the speed at which I'm writing it in future. 2005 to 2009 with nothing substantial released was too long a wait, for me, when I was productive all that time. Thanks for your support.
