I've retitled my novel several times. One of these was someone else's suggestion. The other three are mine.

What the fnerg is going on???? I wanted to title this thread A Title for My Novel - and somehow it's come out as Another chapter of my novel

I think you should be able to go back and amend the title of the thread, using EDIT, then GO ADVANCED.
Anyway, here in the meantime, I've re-posted my spontaneous comments on your novel up to chapter 27 here: http://newdfl.bloghorn.com/205

Yippitty yuppity - I did that. It allowed me to change the title that appears at the top of the post - but not the title of the thread.

So mote it be. I made the change. In the future, if you wish to change the thread title, you must select THREAD TOOLS from the sub-menu at the top of the thread and choose EDIT THREAD. Editing a post in any mode, even if the initial thread post, will not allow revision to the thread title. Note that you must be either the thread creator or a moderator in order to be allowed access.

Re this thread, I have voted for 'Odalisque', but I prefer 'Odalesque' which is a less used variant spelling (along with 'Odalique' and 'Odalisk'!).
