C. F. Keary’s ’Twixt Dog and Wolf (1901) getting reprinted
Valancourt Books - General Discussion: A Rarity of Weird Fiction: ’Twixt Dog and Wolf (1901) by C. F. Keary (showing 1-7 of 7)
I don't think any of this rings a bell, but apparently it's very sought after.

This is out: Any impressions?Never heard of him before, but he was apparently praised by the likes of Joyce, Chesterton and Buchan in his lifetime.

H. Ogram Matuce. The Wanderer. No wonder why Joyce liked him.
The title of Keary's collection was, if memory serves, a French phrase and a favorite of Boris Karloff's. "The hour between the dog and the wolf."
