So I see nobody took the esteemed Mr. Samuels up on his offer to sell his extra copy, at least publicly. Mark, if you're listening and you still have that book, I would gladly buy it.

Zombiecurse, I mentioned your post to Mark but he said he sold that extra copy a while ago. Sorry.

Mark has a brilliant novella, "Dictates of the Invisible", a long Heart of Darkness type narrative, in one of Joshi's anthologies that should be coming out later this year. Knowing Mark he'd tell you to skip Black Altars--I've never read it but he regards it unfavorably--and get the Joshi book instead.

I'll definitely check out the novella. I know I've seen him tell people to skip Black Altars before, but I'm a bit of a completionist. I also have a feeling I'd probably like the stories, even if he's not too fond of them himself. Going to keep looking.
