Last Four Centipede Press Titles

Hello. I am four titles away from completing my entire Centipede Press library. Thought it might be worth posting here and asking if anyone happened to be in a position to help me get a step or two closer to full completion.

The titles I need are:
Chimera
Chimera II
Don Brautigam art portfolio
To Walk the Night by William Sloane

Thanks very much! I've been collecting them for a while, but these last four titles have been especially tricky for me. I'm not holding out much hope for finding them here, but years of collecting have certainly taught me that it's better to ask than to sit silent and hope they appear on one's doorstep as if by darkest sorcery.
