Literarily inspired cocktails

Flavorwire 10 Great Novels and the Cocktails You Should Pair Them With

I read this and thought of another one: The Fight Club. 3 oz rum, 12 oz Jolt Cola. twice (first and second rule). You'll still wake up in your own bed, but unsure of how you got there or where those new injuries came from.

I figured i'd share it here to see if anyone has any weird fiction inspired mixed drink recipes to share.

Re: Literarily inspired cocktails

Ernest Hemingway's Death in the Afternoon is best appreciated while imbibing 2 fifths of 151 proof rum. Please note that this potent potable may be enjoyed around the clock. The last time is the best time. , , and !

"Like a dog!" he said; it was as if the shame of it must outlive him. - Franz Kafka, The Trial
