  • Dear mr Cardin

Loved, loved, loved your work on "Born to Fear"! What a wonderful job you did editing that beauty, I'm re-reading it again. Such great and insightful interviews, a real treasure for Ligotti fans.

Many thanks and hope to see more of your work in the future

    All the best
    Hi Matt,
Just wanted to say that Divinations of the Deep was the first thing I bought for my kindle, and I loved it! I'm planning on buying Dark Awakenings as soon as I have the money.
Thank you for the visions and the questions,
    C
Just wanted to say I'm loving Born to Fear. The selection is top-notch and the introduction is simply a fantastic read (and a good complement to your previous "Career of Nightmares" piece.) Great job!
Matt, you left our group too soon: you got an e-mail address? The NSI is going to be releasing an anthology of poems and essays about Surrealism from Black Widow Press, in all likelihood, and I was wondering if you had an essay, or a poem, or a story to contribute? David Lehman, Mark Statman and a lot of poets are going to be into it, so let me know.
Hm....interesting; we have a lot in common, including an interest in spirituality, Watts, Tolle, and yes, sleep paralysis. A few months ago one morning it was a large person with a sort of dingy grey burka standing in the corner looking towards me. Just a couple of weeks before I came across the idea of "spiritual horror" the thought occurred to me that maybe the ultimate, the goal of the spiritual search, is not good. Terrifying thought. nightflight
Little known fact: Matt, Aetherwing (i.e., Jimmy) and I are the same person separated at birth by a twisted experiment gone awry.
Matt, as your successor here as Our Temporary Supervisor, I am profoundly moved by your acceptance of my friendship. Please do not forget TLO in your wanderings.
