This is the first time that I have seen this item for sale. It is listed at both eBay and Abebooks for $150. Too rich for me, but it is nice to have finally seen it.
Item Description: Tina Said, San Francisco, 1982. 4to, xeroxed in b/w and stab-stapled into an illustrated card cover. Fantastic SF detective horror fanzine featuring a very early appearance by Thomas Ligotti, a poem entitled The Blonde: A Sonnet (under the byline Frank Santorini). The poem has not been reprinted and is among Ligotti's scarcest appearances. This issue also features contributions by the editor and G. Sutton Breiding, Andrew Darlington, Laura Harris, Germ, Deborah Valentine, Harry O. Morris, Jr., and Billy Wolfenbarger.
