The Twilight Zone
Never had a real opportunity of seeing The Twilight Zone (the original series, not later franchise). Or maybe I wasn't interested enough, or don't remember it. I don't recall.
I have started watching a few recommended fan favorite episodes. The first, "Where is Everybody", was nicely done. The emptiness of that town is physically felt through the screen. Rod Serling must really have had a dark outlook, when he didn't even allow a person to escape at least some of the meaningless material world and delve into art to heighten his inner perceptions. Or, maybe not. Very grim anyhow. Well, I guess too much reading can be a negative thing. ... | |||||||||||
