Kill List

I'd say more Barronesque than LIgottian, but There isn't a separate barronesque movie list yet. so here it is. In Bruges + Wicker Man is a nice summary that doesn't really spoil anything.

Re: Kill List

I usually refer to Kill List as the best ever feature-length episode of Emmerdale but I'm not sure if anyone outside of the UK would get the reference.

for those of us who don't get the reference, is Emmerdale a Kill List-esque tv series, or does it just have some of the cast in common?

Re: Kill List

Nah, I was just being silly. Emmerdale is a long-running UK soap opera set in the same part of the country as Kill List. Sorry to get your hopes up. That said, the last time I watched Emmerdale every other character was a murderer so maybe there are some similarities after all.

Not seen Sightseers yet but I've heard good things about it.

Re: Kill List

Real late to the game on this thread....I LOVE anything that has Ben Wheatley writing / directing. The man is a genius. I cannot say enough good things about 'Kill List'. Twisted. In the best possible way.

"When it comes to grief, the normal rules of wealth do not apply. Because grief transcends value. A man would give entire nations to lift grief off his heart and yet, you cannot buy anything with grief, because grief is worthless."
