Just re-read (again!) 'Where Their Fire Is Not Quenched' by May Sinclair.
It is extremely powerful, a truly poignant Hell where she can't escape, even through Death, her one life's regret... The return to the Paris hotel reminded me of the circumstances of Princess Diana's death, the revolving door... and of what the story itself says: that the future affects the past. | |||||||||||
