I believe a "hell's to the yeah" would be appropriate here.

Pretty excited to finally have a chance to read this soon. I was starting to kick myself for not forking over the $175.

Re: "THE LIGHT IS THE DARKNESS" by Laird Barron

Good news. I hope this title will be picked up by other distributors, as Miskatonic Books stated a staggering $75 for shipping to Denmark. For that amount, I almost could've gone for the limited edition hardcover.

I think that Arcane Wisdom Press trade paperbacks are usually POD, and so should be available from Amazon and other such online retailers eventually, so you shouldn't have to pay such a ridiculous shipping cost Mads.

Re: "THE LIGHT IS THE DARKNESS" by Laird Barron

Barnes and Noble online has this for $10.07 today. I had a 20% off coupon via email, and free shipping with my B&N membership, so a copy of this is on its way to me now for just over eight bucks. Deal!

Re: "THE LIGHT IS THE DARKNESS" by Laird Barron

Read this in one sitting last night. At the risk of tooting one of my favorite author's horns, Barron has yet to disappoint me. The novella was remarkably gritty and dark, complex, & constantly entertaining. It took turns I never saw coming and the ending was odd, but appropriate. You guys have to let me know when it's available as an e-book. CHG
