Re: New Essay About Thomas Ligotti's Works by D.P. Watt

Another update. If Thinking Horror is defunct, perhaps some of these articles could be rescued by Vastarien.

Editor SJ Bagley says they intend to publish it and has apologized for delays.

Re: New Essay About Thomas Ligotti's Works by D.P. Watt

I have to take responsibility here. I agreed to do the layout for Thinking Horror Volume 2 and received the first draft of the contents eight months ago. Since then it has basically been in my hands and the subsequent delay is on me. s.j. bagley has been very understanding about the whole thing and it is in no way their fault.

I have completed a basic layout for the full 394-page volume and am in the process of cleaning up the last half. After that we'll get proofs and as long as they are good, books should be available soon thereafter.

D.P. Watt's essay "The Impossible Literature of Thomas Ligotti, Puppeteer and Eschatologist," is indeed in there. It goes 14 pages, with footnotes and works cited, and for me is one of the highlights of the volume.

I apologize for taking so long with this and will finish it ASAP.

I turned in what I think is the final draft of TH2 a couple of weeks ago and I believe printed proofs are imminent. Soon come, I promise!
